Gluten Free Chili

This is Today's lunch BTW...


Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Tablespoon's Louisiana hot sauce.
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 8 ounce can of diced tomatoes
1 16 ounce can mixed kidney beans

Sauté the beef and onion in a large pan then drain excess oil. (I actually rinse the beef in a fine strainer then re-fry until the water evaporates).  Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for about an hour.
