This is what happens when your teen and preteen boys get into a wrestling match in the neighbors house. We are now sitting in emerg waiting for stitches. Great way to spend a saturday night dont you think? At least he is in good spirits!

And 4 hours later we are on our way home to finally have some dinner...

Once again, I remind you that this was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday night... Sure beats relaxing in front of the TV :)  All well, "Boys will be boys!"

Now I need to wake them up and prepare them for the big appology visit at the neighbor's door step... "Sorry for fighting in your home...  It was "  I know for sure they will not be allowed to visit when they are together...

Mom's Bronchoscopy Day

Obviously when you get a transplant of any kind there are risks, serious risks that well no one wants to admit...  In my mom's case she is having trouble shaking the aspergillis fungus that is in her lungs...  It's really been rough for her, all the while my kids, wife and I are aware of the dangers but trying to go on like it's no biggie and well, just generally waiting for the right combination of drugs and will power to knock this thing on it's ass...

Video quality is poor but, well my phone is a cheap chinese phone what can I say...  When I get an Iphone some day you'll get fantastic HD images of my life.. WOO HOO!!!, actually it's quite alright, the idea is not to show you all the gore in my life but to share with you a moment which I found difficult.. In this case, sitting next to my mom at a bronchoscopy appointment knowing full well that it should have taken 3 hours not the 9 that we had to endure... When things go well it's quick and easy, but this time we were told to wait for the doctor and that means something is wrong...
